My wife of 25 yrs. wants some plastic surgery on here eye's. She recently told me she'd do a three-way, w/ another woman and I as it's been a fantasy of ours we've never pursuied, if I paid for the sugury. Should I?

There are too many issues going on in this one question. Each should be sorted out on their own before anyone acts.
You and she have been married 25 years.
Your wife wants plastic surgery.
You, and she, have thought about a 3 some in the past.
She is willing to trade plastic surgery for a 3 way.
You haven't said how you feel about your wife's request for plastic surgery.
Who would you 3 way with? Friend or stranger?
Your question appears so simple and straight forward when it is not.
You and your wife need to see where your 25 year long marriage is at before you consider any of the other issues within your question.
And, just as an aside, all those couples that I've known who wanted 3 ways, swinging, etc. found the consequences of those lustful desires had a negative impact on their relationship.

No, that is nasty and disgusting. I mean who really what to have a 3-some with another guy. Not me and if my -friend ever asked me that I would curse him out b/c that is uncalled for. But, it's not worth it if I was your wife I would pay for my on plastic surgery b/c I wouldn't do it and I advise you not to do it also.. GOOD LUCK...P.S don't take this the wrong but I am just telling it like it is!!!

I think you should pay for it just because she's your wife of 25 yrs. I dont however think you should do the threesome.
