Anyone have any suggestions? I have Prevacid melt tabs. I've learned to not eat certain foods and stay away from alcohol. But right now is finals and I'm a little ill and had to stay home from work today. All REAL suggestions are appreciated.

Exercise. It helps to regulate certain stress hormones.
Be optimistic.
Have various form of support; be it financial or social, whatever works for you.
Meditate.
Get enough sleep.
Eat healthy.
Having fun.
Be religious. it does help some people out there.
