Regardless of how this teacher feels about you, he will lose his job (and ruin his future career) if he persues a relationship with you. Do not, under any circumstances, treat him as anything other than a teacher. Flirting between teachers and students is unethical and against all school codes of conduct. He may just be trying to be nice, but if he does not behave the same way with all of his students, I would definitely stay away from him.
There is a whole world full of people you can be romantically involved with, but your teacher is not one of them!

It does not mean that he likes you as a woman. He just found you interesting girl, and he's trying to be nice with you.
Forget it at all if he wants to start a close relationship with you.

As long as he doesn't ask you out on a date, or ask you into his office with the door closed, it's probably just as a student... if he wants to go further, he definitely is pursuing you as a woman.
It's never a good idea to get mixed up while you have him for class. Otherwise, go for it! Teachers make great lovers... so I hear... :)

Hes probably just being nice to you in the student-teacher relationship, not lets have a real relationship. I think you just need to find someone in your grade perhaps?

does he treat the other women in the class like that? that will tell you the answer. if the extra attention makes you uncomfortable, tell him. he will deny it , but it will stop.
