You will need a two pronged aproach. First get her something she can chew on. And next those things that can't be moved where she can't get to them spray with Bitter Apple for horses. Yes, horses. It's worked for all my dogs, cats, and horses.

You need to do a combination of things:
Cover the wires with carboard tubing or set them up out of site so the pup can't get near them. (Or move the equipment into a room to which the pup does not have access.)
Provide your pup with rawhide chews, pull-toys and other fun stuff to chew on.
Train the dog that chewing on the wires is not okay. This will take dilligence on your part. You're going to have to watch the pup consistently, and correct it with a firm but calm "no chewing" command whenever it goes after ANYTHING you don't want it to chew on. You must correct the dog the instant the infraction occurs. Scolding it 2 minutes later does no good because the dog doesn't understand what you're mad about.
You DO NOT want to put or spray anything liquid around electrical wires. Electricity and water don't mix.

Aw yes, puppies and cords!! Why they just love to chew on all the wrong things??
I assume you have done your best to put cords out of reach. Yelling doesn't help. You have to use a low firm tone with whatever command such as "leave it" and then distract with toy, chew chews, etc. Be consistant and firm in tone. Some dogs are just worse about this. Can you block off the area with the most interesting wires for a time?
An old time method is to take a bar of mild(like ivory) soap and rub it all along the cords, wires that are reachable. Believe me they won't try it but once or twice so it won't hurt them. The taste will deter. You need to "child proof" the home. She is cutting teeth and is curious, so clean house and put away the temptations.
Leave only her toys in reach as much as possible. Find her a old piece of your clothes with your scent for her to drag around. This is why they love shoes, it has your smell. Give her a "blankie" so to speak for when you are not around. My pup loves my house slippers to sleep with but does not chew. they are just in his "nest". They need hard objects to cut the teeth. I prefer real beef bones which you can purchase as they last for ever and bones are the natural object for dogs to chew.
Have patience, be firm and she will grow out of this phase. Got to cut those teeth!

All great suggestions! The key is to make the puppy believe that the WIRES are what is NOT fun. Not that he just can't chew them when you are around.
There is a great product called BITTER ORANGE that is about 3 times the strength of bitter apple. Any pets who have had a problem chewing of any kind THIS product has stopped I have used it myself and sold it to many pet owners. Use gloves/baggy to apply it (and shake it) as it is hard to get off your skin. Only VET clinics carry it and you may have to special order it. The cost is around 7-10 dollars for a small bottle. Well worth it! Also you can use double sided tape wrapped around the favorite spot and put hot pepper powder on it, has worked for many pets! Of course UNPLUG your wires you will use for training. Also, the squirt bottle is good and many of the other suggestions as well. Training and patience it WILL work! Good Luck!

You can cover the wires with either bitter apple or pepper sauce, and the puppy should stop chewing on them. I would also keep a water spray bottle near by so that it she starts heading towards the wires, you spray her and she will learn to stay away.

Try rawhide chews for her chewing needs, if she's teething - I put mine in the freezer and then let them have at it - it must feel great - if catching her chewing on wires, sternly tell her no and give her the toys and raw hides, she'll get it

I would probably use something a dog wouldn't like and spray it on wires/shoes and such. Whether it be lemon water or hot sauce, I would imagine it would stop them. Don't hit the dog though.

i would try any kind of strong spray that she will not like that you can spray on those wires. Try pepper spray or vinegar in a spray bottle. go to your local feed store or pet store and see if they have a dog repellant. I wanted to tell you to, that I have a dog named Luna too. : )

Can you make the wires taste bad so she won't want to chew them? Ring your vet or pet store to see what is available.

First of all, don't give her acess to the wires! Get the wire out of the way, or keep her out of the room. (I know this is hard in our modern, wire-dependent world.)
A good scolding works temporarily; just don't scare her.
