I am in the gym and there is a lot of choices?

Good old fashion squats. The key is to push up with your heels after you squatted. It works the butt and the back of your thighs. Or you can climb up and down the stairs 5 times. Both are free :)

Yes, there are a lot of exercises for the legs...

For good overall impact (quads, hamstrings, glutes), I'd go with Squats, Leg Press, or Lunges.

For targeting specifics-

Leg Extension machine (quads)
Leg Curl Machine (hams)
Abductor/ Adductor Machine (outer and inner thighs)

Just make sure if you start doing exercises that you haven't done before, get a staff member at the gym to show you the proper form and technique in order to avoid injury.

an exercise bike one of those walking machine you just walk on i cant remember the name sry but it help out a lot
