the foreplay... what is the medium time for the perfect foreplay? and after how much time it get's "too long"?

theres no rights and wrongs mate
it depends on the circumstances - it needs to be enough to ensure sex is great - sometimes thats minutes sometimes that hours
listen to your lady - she will communicated her needs at anytime
remember foreplay starts before the bedroom - flowers, touch, soft kisses all are important make sure your lady knows shes special thats the best foreplay

Depends a lot on the situation for foreplay and time will vary depending on it. As for post play this is a very important element that is not taken advantage of a lot of the time but time here again varies with the mood at the time.

Depends on the mood I'm in. Some times, "Wanna go upstairs?" is enough foreplay, and sometimes, he better take a few hours or he's sleeping on the couch.
The trick is, I've got to let him know, otherwise, he sucks at guessing!
