I feel like I need to scream. Loudly. For a solid two weeks. I don't, of course, because there are always people around and I don't want to be the mad girl shouting her head off in the middle of English. However, the longer I go without screaming--about two weeks--the more sick and queasy I feel. I threw up at school today. I don't wish to repeat the experience.

So. Why? Help?

I think you are angry and frustrated. Talk to a parent or a student therapist and give your anger words. You may still want to scream. Find a place alone and do just that. You'll probably end up crying--and just maybe screaming will bring you to a place where you can just release the build up of tension.

If it makes you feel better-just do it. Try screaming into your pillow or take a walk into the woods or open field where you are less likely to be heard by anyone. More that likely you are just stressed. We all have differant ways of releiveing it.

Find a private place to scream your head off, or find someone to talk to about the problem.
