It seems my stomach always hurts. I don't eat that bad. What can I eat or drink to help regulate my digestion system? Especially the end of it.

You need to see a doctor to rule out things like food allergies and Chrones disease. This is a chronic inflammation of the large and small intestine. Symptons include abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting and fever.
Simple changes to diet will help.Change to wholemeal bread instead of white bread. Eat more fruit and vegetables. Drink plenty of water and cut down on alcohol and don't overeat.

Eat yogurt everyday or take acidopholus (you can get this in a health food store). Yogurt and the acidopholus have live bateria that you have in your gut anyway that helps you breakdown food and move it through. Modern diets and health issues can cause people to have fewer bacteria than they are supposed to have.

Also, you may need to take some digestive enzymes (also at a health food store) because you may not be making enough acid to digest your food (sometimes the ture reason for heartbrun instead of overproduction of acid).

Make sure you drink lots of water and chew your food very well.
