Did you ever helped someone who is a perfect stranger? and how big of check of cash you give? Not to a organization.

Yes. I saw a guy on the street one day asking for money for food and I got out of my car, walked across the street with him to the grocery store and told him to pick out whatever he wanted to eat and I'd buy it for him. He didn't want much, just the basics.

I was at a gambling house with $5 and by morning I had about $1,000 on me. A guy was about to cried saying "My wife and kids will have nothing to eat because I was supposed to go to the grocery store with my $350 check"
I gave the guy back $300. I kept $50 as payments for wasting my time there.
As soon as I gave him back the $300 all the idiots in the room wanted their money back too, but I gave them the internation middle finger.
Next week, the same guy was sitting across from me again. I lost $20 to him and he didn't even notice me.

I have never given money to a stanger. I have heard to many horror stories about people sitting on the streets pretending to be homeless and then at the end of the day, get in their car and go home. I have a hard time giving money to someone that might not really need it. Therefore, I do all my donating thru charities.

I've handed people the occasional $10 or $20 if I thought they were having a hard time. One guy needed groceries, and I gave him $50. I don't have a lot to give, but even small amounts can be helpful.

I am not very rich but whenever the chance comes I used to give cash or help to perfect strangers, because I do not want any one to show their gratitude towards me.,

a great number of instances....I stay in a huge city and there are human beings at each end mild asking. No, i don't provide them money. i'm slightly in a place to fulfill my own easy desires attempting to get by college with out help.

I once seen a woman & infant sitting on a street corner I believe it was about 100 degrees I had my last $20 and two weeks until I got paid so I gave it to her and I prayed somehow GOD would make away for me during the next two weeks for gas

Iguess in a way what i have done would be like giving money ,,,,i dont know what do you all think ? I have let kids stay in my house when their parents throw them out. I have given donations like food to the programs in school and i have bought food or items for kids who go on our camping trips because parents cannot afford it ..

I once gave $20.00 and a pair of shoes to a homeless man one windy afternoon. I just felt real bad for him because the dust was blowing real bad and he was at an intersection with a sign for help.
