diet pills do not help you lose weight. they just screw up your body. this is coming from a person that has used them, they are not worth it. not at all. just a waste of money. best bet is soemthing your probably already know and dont want to hear again. eat right and exercise. it doesnt have to be a lot of exercise just walking instead of driving or taking a walk after dinner every night. your best bet is to also lose weight gradually. the faster you lose it the better the chance that you will gain it right back. hope this helps a little. good luck!

No matter what you buy all of them will tell you need to use the pills in conjuction with a exercise program and a low calories diet. Unfortunately there are no magic pills on the market, and if there were we would not of an epidemic of obesity in this country. All diet pills are aides, some give you more energy to increase your workouts hence you burn more calories and lose weight. The other ones are appetite suppressants. Hoodia is the newest one for appetite supression, and its pretty effective. There is Smart Burn which has Hoodia in it as well as Trim Spa. Both are pretty good but you still have to work out. Another good one is Slimage, I like that one because it not only gives you energy but it has a lot of ingredients that promote lean muscle as well as other supplements you need for overall good health. Rev 21 is great for woking out with as well as Hydroxycuts. Both of those I would only reccomend if your are working out, because if you do not you will get real jittery.

BE VERY CAREFUL with diet pills. They can wreak havoc with your metabolism and cause all kinds of nasty side effects like heart palpitations, excessive sweating, anxiety, dizzy spells, irritability, the list goes on and on. What's worse, your metabolism actually runs slower once you stop taking them, so you'll gain all the weight back -- with interest -- when you quit the pills. Finally, they can kill you. Avoid diet pills that contain ephedra or ephedrine hydrochloride at all costs. I had a friend who died at the ripe old age of 26 using ephedra, and he was following the instructions to the letter when he dropped dead of a heart attack.

Here's a tip: The world's best natural appetite suppressant is olive oil, and it's good for you -- it's high in monounsaturated fat so it raises your "good" cholesterol and lowers your "bad" cholesterol. Try taking a tablespoon of olive oil before meals. The rest is common sense: Eat only when you're hungry (your stomach will be grumbling), stop before you get full, avoid the "bad for you" stuff like fast food, junk food, and soft drinks as much as possible, and go for the "good for you" stuff like eggs, nuts, lean meats, whole grains, lowfat dairy products, and fresh fruits/vegetables instead. Add walking to that (the more the better) and you'll drop the pounds in short order. Good luck!
