What does it mean if someone says this to you?
¿Hey, es usted noche libre de sábado? REALMENTE tengo gusto de usted pero I haven't tenía la tripa para decirle.
I'm not sure what it meant but someone handed me a note with it on it in 6th period

I have some of make up because "Realmente tengo gusto de usted pero I haven't tenÃa la tripa para decirle" it's a very confusing sentence. It would be more clearly If i could see in the contex.

The answers given to you are good. I bet you're a high school senior, aren't you? These people knew how to translate it well. Honestly, I didn't know how to say that in english, and spanish is my first language.
It could have been: "Hey, ¿estás libre el sábado? Realmente me gustas pero no he tenido el coraje para decirtelo". That could have been a correct way to say it. I didn't use the word "tripa", but instead I used the word "coraje" (corage). The word "tripa" is not used in spanish for this context. I just thought you would like to know about it.

It means, "Are you free Saturday night? I really like you, but I haven't had the guts to tell you".
To be honest, the way this person writes in Spanish it's very basic and hard to understand, anyway, good luck!!
