Of course. Lots of entertainers do the USO tours to visit troops all over the world including places with active fighting.

Of course! I think any American, should consider it their duty to provide anything they can to help, support, and care for our troops. Bob Hope could provide all of that and more. If he is physically unable, then that is another story.
