i wana lose some of my belly fat..

You need to burn more calories than what you are consuming. The best way to track this is through a food diary. Sometimes we do not really realize how much we are actually taking in. By having it in writting you get a clear picture of what you are really doing. Also to lose weight especially belly fat try to consume more protein than carbs. I am not talking the Atkins Diet but by just keeping the protein ratio higher you see optimal and quick results. You really need to work your whole body to rid yourself of belly fat. Cardio and weight training together is the best way to go. Alternate between days, one cardio and the next to weight or strength training.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

You can make your belly appear flatter and slimmer by doing ab exercises, but if you want to get the flab off you'll have to resort to diet and exercise. It doesn't have to be complicated, just use common sense -- avoid fast food, junk food, soft drinks, sugar, saturated fat, and refined flour as much as possible and go for whole grains, lowfat dairy products, lean cuts of meat, and fresh fruits and vegetables instead. Eat only when you're hungry (if your stomach isn't grumbling you're NOT hungry), stop before you get full, and no snacking when your body isn't telling you it needs food (remember, your stomach will grumble). Add exercise to accelerate your fat loss, and the best exercise to get rid of fat is WALKING, so walk as much as you want as often as you want. Good luck!

Low fat diet with limits on portions and carbs and exercise. Try weight watchers their program is flexable and they have a lot of tools to help you eat out and buy groceries. Their program is affordable and the group really helps you stick to goals. Also when you set goals make them easy for example if you need to loose 20 lbs set the first goal as 10% of body weight which helps you to feel like you are making progress instead of feeling like your goal is so far out of reach.

umm...... it's not rly good to strv urself....... if ur old enough, mayb u could go on a diet...... by walking.......if ur young, then u can eat sumthin' that doesn't hav a lot of calories...... yeah....... uhhhh................... well if u don't like wut i typed u can breath in for 3 sec. and breath out for 6 sec. i think u can lose weights by doing that.......idk...... i no it kinda hurts....... but i think u can lose weights by doing that....... yeah....
