Does anyone else have gastritis?

If you do, does it make your whole abdominal area hurt. Mine hurts everywhere, especially when I'm sitting or laying a certain way. And does it make your back hurt also. My back kills me.

I have a heital hernia and it causes all kinds of problems. If I eat certain foods my stomach kills me. I have found that when my stomach is hurting at night, sleep on two pillows propped up. It will help. I do have back pain too.
