NOTHING...Trimethoprim is an antibiotic and amitriptyline is Tricyclic antidepressant. Both are utilized by different parts of your body...no worries mate.

You'd be best to phone your local pharmacy and ask if the are contraindicated.
I do not think there is likely to be a reaction, but I am not a pharmacist, just someone interested in pharmacology.
