India has immediate and long term interests in oil supply, islam, and terrorism. They also are in a position to lead global issues. The US needs a partner and Europe is weak and ineffective. Should India step in with an active role?

I actually want a distance between India and the Muslim states.
In this respect I would prefer India to increase cordiality with states like Japan, the USA, Israel and the EU etc.
Although, having stated this, our major long term threat is not Paki Land, it is China. China has already begun to make inroads everywhere, and if India doesn't try and compete we will show ourselves to be the biggest political novices on the face of the earth.

Of course not, India relies on Iran for oil recources. They are a major enemy to Pakistan and the united states screwed india by dealing with the Pakistanis. India has major powers on its borders and that means it needs to maintain a combat ready army in its homeland.

india doesnt not have a fixation with islam they are mainly hindu and sheik and no there is no political evidence to speculate them being drawn into any kind of faction involved in the middle east.
(why do americans not R.E.A.D , but instead ask stupid , ignorant child like questions).
and what makes europe weak;
1. the fact that our information recieved from our media is not zionist controlled propoganda.
2. we are intellectually aware enough to know saddam has nothing to do with 9/11 or alqueda.
