Is it an ok gift to give to my secret santa person?

It sure is . They are unlikely to win but you are giving them a dream. A dream of what they would do if they win. If the person is a gambler, go ahead.
On the other hand they could be left with a fistful of worthless lotto tickets on Xmas day and feel disapointment.Perhaps your secret santa person would prefer something small and useful to remember you by.

If they scratch it or the numbers come in and they won.. wouldn't that be OK??.. lol I luv getting lotto tix as a gift especially from my secret santa. Great if you don't know the person that well. Last year I scratched a gifted lotto ticket and won $500!!Our state even has Gift Tag Lotto tix complete with the TO: and FROM:
