It is true that the second amendment protects the right to bear arms but it's not just that simple, nothing is.
A convicted criminal loses that right.
Not everything is as it seems, that is my point.
The laws are there to protect us but sometimes these same laws can harm us.
But the answer to your question above is false, in more ways than one.
