What Are the best Napa Valley red and white wines do most costumers like to have with their holiday dinners?

Pinot noir is the hot thing here right now. It's pretty hard to find a white at all if you go to a tasting room. Sullivan specializes in reds and they're a very snooty winery with excellent reviews. Cakebread also gets very good reviews from Wine Spectator, and has for years.

If you can find a WS from the past 3 months or so, any month, the Napa pinot noirs are just raging in the pages. You have so many choices.
