I suggest treating it internally with all natural Optiflora and OmegaGuard.
Optiflora is a two product system which includes Probiotic (Bifidus & Acidophilus...microflora) + Prebiotic (FOS...food source for microflora). Patented guaranteed delivery of 500 million microflora to intestines.
OmegaGuard: Provides a full spectrum of seven natural omega 3 fatty acids -- EPA, DHA, ALA and more.
Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions.

eczema is a permanent condition that is treatable when you get outbreaks. there are both prescription and otc creams that can be used to treat it as well as taking showers every other day, using a baby soap with no dyes or perfumes such as aveeno, everyone I know that has it has recommended cetaphil lotion for outbreaks for my son and it works try to avoid that whole too hot indoors while too cold outdoors situation if you can it will only aggravate it. Its a matter of keeping the skin as hydrated and calm as possibly to prevent outbreaks. hope this helps. go to webmd.com for more info and treatments.

Using a hydro cortisone cream helps if you apply it to the affected areas one or two times a day. Taking showers that are not super hot will help get it under control, and using products that do no irritate your skin will also help.

you obviously did not believe me the first time i told you, and the spelling is eczema. dry brush massage before shower, and avocado oil after shower. try it before asking again. don't have to do it every day, but may take a coule of times to get it under control, then only when you feel your skin is getting a little dry, as preventive to the eczema
