From the charity that was selling them. You do get that the concept isn't so much a fashion accessory, but a way for a charity to raise money right? how about you offer to make a donation to the charity in return for a wrist band, which someone already owns? Most people that are behind those causes will see this as a way of doubling their own contribution. This is a way a number fo charities have raised money in the past, selling the item to other people for a contributer's check.

Charity wristbands are straight back into fashion with the new
"I'm in" campaign on World Poverty.. To join in the campaign text I'm in to 87099. I got my white band when I text following the TV advert. I expect this to be as big as the 2005 Campaign. Please sign up yo make this a better and fairer World for us all.

Lance Armstrong, you gotta love that man. He was inspirational to my daughter when she was battling cancer and, even though she lost her fight, I will forever appreciate the hope he gave to her. Go to laf.org and you will be directed to his store. The bracelets cost only a dollar and all the money goes toward finding a cure. Good luck!
