From the charity that was selling them. You do get that the concept isn't so much a fashion accessory, but a way for a charity to raise money right? how about you offer to make a donation to the charity in return for a wrist band, which someone already owns? Most people that are behind those causes will see this as a way of doubling their own contribution. This is a way a number fo charities have raised money in the past, selling the item to other people for a contributer's check.

Lance Armstrong, you gotta love that man. He was inspirational to my daughter when she was battling cancer and, even though she lost her fight, I will forever appreciate the hope he gave to her. Go to laf.org and you will be directed to his store. The bracelets cost only a dollar and all the money goes toward finding a cure. Good luck!
