My nephews are worrying me sick, my sister is somewhat neglecting them. They don't have a bed to sleep in they don't have adequete enough food, my sister has been in rehab twice for prescription abuse and he phone has been off the hook all morning and all of her kids are 4, 5 and 6 and the 5 year old has down syndrome. Worrying if I should call the sheriff and have her house checked out, but afraid to do that cause she already has DSFC after her and I know that she is trying to straighten her act out sort off. They are losing there home and dont' know as of yet were they are going to live...really stressing me out.

Why it is that I can't seem to stay in the moment too long. I feel so better when I'm present to the enormous abundance that is here and now...and yet I keep choosing to dwell in my fears of the past and the future. I long to be free, and it's in my mind that I'm imprisoned.

My ex is trying to come back to me after breaking up with me over and over. I really love him but i dont think i can put myself in that position to get hurt again. Im not even over the last time he broke up with me 3 weeks ago.

Friend of mine's having problems with his ex & last time I talked to him (Tues), he sounded really depressed, afraid he might want to take the easy way out. Scared to call & get the awful fears realized yet dying to know how he's doing.

Going to the Hospital this morning for a cat scan...But i was fine..it did spoil my weekend a little though thinking about today's CT Scan..
