I need to get one today or tommorrow. Can a just walk into a Chiropractors office and expect from them to adjust my neck and back then?

Yes you can. They will asses you there and work on you. Keep in mind thy are not a one shot deal. If you need adjusting now you will probably need a few sessions.

Find a chiropractor and call up to make an appointment.
The chiropractor will check your spine and tell you what is wrong and what they can do to correct it - after that they will dicuss a treatment plan with you and if you decide to follow through with it, they can give you your first adjustment then and there!

How do you know you need an adjustment? You need to know the cause of the problem that you are having and then a plan of treatment can be made up to correct it.

Yes you can just walk in, usually...and some insurances now cover chiropractic visits. I go to one all the time...you'll feel soooo much better! You don't need a doctor's request for that.

yes but it won't be covered under insurance.
