depends...how old are you and how old is the guy you want to ask out? if you're a minor and he's over 18 then I can't help you with that....if you're legal and this guy just happens to be older than you, then what I can say is to get to know him better first, make a friendship with him if you don't know the guy...find some common ground, throw in a little flirting or just do something that you would have done to ask any guy out....you must have something that appeals a guy (and I'm not just talking physically of course :) )
