I am thinking of MP3 players or entertainment but it's a very broad market.

If they don't have an MP3 player then a 4Gb iPod Nano,
otherwise a Sony PSP value pack or possibly a cheap guitar.
Or you could just be really impersonal and give the person the money, if you are the person then that last bit probably doesn't make sense so ignore it.
