try dry brushing them before a shower and using avocado oil on them after the shower. works great forme

My 2 sons had Excema really bad. I took my oldest son to the specialist and he said the best thing for it is lotion from the pharmacy. It is called Vanicream. It is not a prescription but you have to order it through a pharmacy (like Wal-Mart) and in the same brand you can order soaps, shampoos and lots of other products. The products are all dye and fragrance free. Avoid perfumed lotions and possibly the dryer sheets you are using on your shirts, that kind of stuff majorly aggrevates excema conditions. The lotion was a life saver for my son. It has cleared up all of his excema. I pray this helps you also

There are a number of natural remedies I've seen posted here, but I got Eucerin Calming Creme and my eczema improved from day 1--and the itchiness went away immediately.

My neice had excema before... all you need to do is keep your arms moistened.... keep applying lotion to them.... and it will go away soon...

You don't you just control the out breaks.

Stress also will cause your eczema to get worse.
