I'm 48 and whether I date a girl 30 something 40 something or 50 something, they all have emotional baggage.... is this normal or am I just in a dry spell? Just once I'd like to meet a girl that doesn't require a visit from Dr Phil on a weekly basis.... Where are they all at?

Well the age group you are dating points out the obvious. A lot of people in those age groups are going through a mid-life crisis, or have been married, divorced, have kids and etc. I really don't recommend you dating someone in there 20's because that would just be gross. Try an online dating site or something. Speak with the person online for a while before you meet them. Make sure you meet with them and get to know them before you move on to anything more serious.
