From my experience, mostly it is shut ins that send what little they have to television preachers.
Most of them have few to no visitors and no home church. If they had a home church, there is no one making visits to them.
Basically, they are shut off from the world and would much rather receive visitors than watch and send money to tv preachers.
It really should be a wake up call to local churches to do Gods work and actually visit these people and keep them supplied with tapes of their home church sermons and give them rides to church if that is possible for them to get out once in a while.

Very very stupid people send money to any preacher, let alone the TV frauds. Religion is the ultimate con, it is government protected, tax free and the product they sell doesn't have to be delivered until you reach a place that doesn't exist. No wonder so many people jump on this manured money wagon.

People without any brains who want other people to do their thinking for them. Most of the big-name preachers you see on TV drive Rolls Royces and live in mansions. They are basically like the money changers in the temple. If there is a God, hopefully he has a very warm spot in the depths of hell for those bastards when they die..

Considering the price of entertaining male hustlers and buying popers as well known TV Preachers do, it is undestandable that some nice people want to send them money so they can have some fun ! It is a christian gesture, they do it to be nice. It is also a nice gesture toward the hustlers and prostitute industry .

People with more money than sense. The only thing I'd send to a TV evangelist is a letter bomb.

I send thousand of $ to preahers every year because I enjoy seeing the Gospel of jesus Preached ...and because I enjoy seeing how it makes foolish unbelievers like yourself so raging mad. Ha, ha, ha
It makes me soooo happy to see my $ is destroying the Devil's happiness.

I'm a Christian, and even I wouldn't do that. I don't trust those televangelists. They use God as a means to get rich. It's sad.
