Well everyone tends to repeat questions that have already been asked, to get more of a spectrum of answers from different people and because there might be special circumstances that separate them from others. However, some of these question are just ridiculous like the one you have mentioned above, to 'What should I get my bf/gf for the holidays, bday, etc' and 'Am I pregnant', 'What do you think of my avatar?', etc. It's really annoying because these questions are so trivial and lame and although they may mean something to the person who asks it, all you need is a little common sense to answer it yourself.

That was not very smart of you, you will be killing your self in less than 5 mins, I think yahoo should have different sections for different ages, I'm tired of that question or the, "Could I be pregnant'? one, good luck there buddy, I feel and share your pain!!

If it bothers you so much, then either just skip the questions that have that, or go to a different section on Y/A, or even don't bother coming to Y/A anymore.

if you really want to get someone's attention, you can always punch them in the teeth. guranteed to get them to notice you, however, not always with the results you intened.
