create a positive attitude about yourself. Be honest and try to include all in your life. Your favorite family member is the one you are with at the time show it. If all are present show no favoritism but equal love and respect. Soon you will overcome the feeling of being negative.

Just in your question, there is hope. Obviously, you want to accept them but there is something that either has hurt you, embarrassed you, enraged you, or maybe all of the above. Not being a professional in any way...I can only guess since not much was said to begin with...but I can say, if they don't know what it is that has caused you to feel this way then you are going to have to accept things the way they are, status quo. But if you really want something positive, no matter how uncomfortable it may be to you, you need to speak up. You owe it to yourself and to them to get this figured out. No one knows anything until someone says something...that's hope.

Off course there is hope!
The best thing to do is keep silent unless you have something nice to say. Make an effort to say something positive to at least one family member every day. Find a way to bring laughter into the house!

Think about what's really important in life. Friends come and go with the exception of very few, but family is your family forever. Be thankful for what you've got....imagine life without them in it. They may be a pain but no one will ever love you like your family does. Many people are alone and have no family and would love to be in your shoes.
