Don't you still have the original packaging? That should tell you the ratios.

Should be something like:
developer to water 1:9
stop bath to water 1:9
fixer to water 2:8
That's according to one site I found.

Not enough information. There are many types of all the above. Usually, you purchase concentrated solutions or dry chemicals and mix with water according to packaged instructions. Solutions deteriorate with age so times would change also.

Also, film developer is different than print developer. The STOP and FIX are your own preference by manufacturer.

Where did you get the chemicals from?

I suggest going back to the source or go on-line to a store, or visit a store and talk to person about how to developer film. You would at least know what you are getting into.

Depends on the actual developer. There are a great many variations. Check out www.photoformulary.com for a lot of data sheets. Also check http://www.kodak.com/global/en/professional/features/featuresIndex.jhtml
If you don't know who manufactured the chemicals and their trade name, you're doomed.

call the store you bought them from or email the manufacture of the chemicals. it depends on brand such as kodak, ilford, agfa, etc. and then it also depends on the quantity of chemicals you bought.
