if i draw something with a pen on my skin and then cut it with a needle will i get a tattoo

No... You'll get a scar, maybe an infection, and possibly a stay at your local psycho ward if the wrong doctor sees it. If you want a tattoo, you're better off just going to a licensed professional. If you're not old enough, wait. The truth is, if you get caught cutting yourself like that while you're underage they'll have you in counseling. Besides, If you wait... by the time you actually get your tattoo you will know exactly what you want and where you want it. Plus it will look good!

No lol you have to get indian ink and then a needle and poke in into your skin in the shape/design you want
** Be very careful and steralize the needle with rubbing alcohol and after you get done, put rubbing alcohol all over wherever the tattoo is

You won't get a tattoo, but probably ink poisoning, an infection and one ugly looking scar.
Save your money and have a professional tattoo you.

you would have to get ink inside the wound as well, after you cut it. but i would suggest that you get a professional tattoo. i promise it will look better.

no, but if you carve your skin first and then rub india ink on the carved spot it will create a homemade tattoo. i would not do it though, they end up looking like crap.

No, that's just dangerous. The ink will get into your blood stream and that won't feel too great.
