hi im 14 and i got a fast matablisism and i was wondering what will make me gain about 5-10 more pounds

Eat really late at night right before you go to bed, eat something like peanut butter, or even better a peanut butter milkshake!
If you need to gain it fast set an alarm to wake you up every two hours and eat more then.

It's an old military trick recruiters use to fatten up people to get them in the military. My grandpa used it to get into WWII

Don't eat things that are bad for you first off - loading up on fatty carb laden sugar packed foods can actually lead to more harm than good. Eat a balanced diet as much as you can. What you need is protein and carbs to an extent. Don't skip a meal, eat about the same for each meal. Still exercise but watch the kinds you do. Acting like a "lazy pig" may help you gain weight but won't help your health. Make sure that you are that skinny because of your build (see that you weigh as much as you should for your size) and not because of a medical reason.

I'm 17 with a fast metabolism and I'm crackhead skinny. I've tried everything to gain weight in the past but now i'm not worrying about my weight because when my metabolism starts slowing down and i start gaining weight I'm going to wish my metab was slow again. Just workout and gain muscle mass.

Never had that problem...

You don't want to gain fat, you need to gain muscle. Try working out or running. Your probably a good size, just need a little toning. If you still can't gain weight, have your mom take you to the doctor, something could be wrong.

Relax! At 14, you still have LOTS of growing to do. Enjoy all kinds of foods in moderation and work on accepting the way your body turns out. Be glad that you can have an extra slice of pizza or a triple dip ice cream cone and still be able to zip your pants. There are a lot of kids out there who would trade places in a heartbeat.

Be patient and consider yourself lucky. Most of us are the exact opposite, even when young. I knew a guy who drank weight gain shakes and everything in sight, but nothing happened.

Lift weights too, my man, if you are not. Muscle is heavy.

maybe you should take some protien shakes... alot of nutrition stores have suplements and shakes that are high in calories so that you can gain weight...just stay away from the junk food!

dude, stay thin. look around at all the over weight young and old people. let nature take place, if you need weight you'll gain it

eat your body weight in protein. if you weigh 120 you should eat 120 grams of protein. stay away from junk food, you will just burn it off right away. build muscle not fat. muscle weighs more and looks a lot better.

Eat, eat and eat. Load up on carbs and protiens and just keep upping the cals.
