pls help! can i use my Cuisinart Mini-Prep Plus Processor
to grind a meat?

you can I don't recommend it . It tends to mince it and make it grainy. the mini prep is a bit small to do it with as well. If you do try use small pieces and pulse it very quick and check.

If you want to make spreads-roast beef salad, turkey salad, chicken salad, etc. it is great or if you know someone on a pureed diet the meat can be processed in the processer.
Baby food of all types can be made there too.
Make sure the meat is cooked first, it is easier on the processor.
Pros use the processor in hospitals, nursing homes and at home-I know, I have and do.

Sure... to make hamburger style meat?

You just need to pulse and not let it run or you'll end up with pate.

Alton Brown did it on his show... method in the link below.

It will more pulverize than grind it which will work fine for meatballs or sausage like patties but little else. You could also use it to coarsely chop for pan frying or sauces. Good Luck!

Yes, just pulse it until it has the consistency of ground meat.
