I make iced tea this way (and everyone likes it):

Get a gallon sized container. Put a full kettle on to boil. When it does, pour it in the container...THEN add 16 regular sized tea bags. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Fill the rest of the container with ice. Take out the tea bags and enjoy. It will be ready to serve.

No luck...found lots of Red Lobster recipes, but no tea. If you like other Red Lobster recipes, you can look on recipegoldmine.com. Under the alphabetical listing there is a section for restaurant recipes. Good Luck

Boiling water....mostly. A lot of times tea doesn't brew correctly because the water is not hot enough.

Most restaurants that serve ice tea in a glass generally use a commercial powdered version of most of the popular tea brands available.

If its a spice tea, then I would recommend checking out tea brands such as the tropical types, or the cinnamon spice such as Good Earth Tea.

It's usually just a concentrate that's mixed with water.
