One world, one government. Combine all of the worlds resources for the betterment of all.

Worldwide education for all. A necessary requirement. Insure that empathy and morality are taught and we begin to see eachother as one people. Perhaps during this process, the human ego can eventually be less of a problem than it is now.

Gather the top thinkers and try and come up with a new system to motivate people that has nothing to do with the accumulation of wealth. This is a tough one that would require alot of planning and transitional work.

Look into space as the next frontier. Education plays a big role in this, as well as the many other changes required for the systematic resocialization of an entire species.

Work with our planet and begin to ease the many environmental issues that are already suffocating it.

Nothing I've written here is new but it does bear pointing out. It's also important to note, imho, that the biggest technological breakthrough we've seen in the last 100 years (after the radio) as been the internet because of it's ability to bring people even closer together. It is already the most powerful tool available to the individual and grants us all the ability to become leaders and productive players for positive change.

If such a person had the power today to begin moving us all in this direction, it would require several generations before the seeds of this labor began to bear fruit. Which is why the most powerful person in the world becomes but a bit player in the larger scheme of things.

It's easy to imagine that fundamental changes would be met with fear, anger and sometimes violence. The status quo usually works to deliver this.

So in the end, because of the walls already in place, the most powerful person on the planet can be expected to be the meekest among us... for he or she would know that change is a group effort.

I will definitely have world peace. I will gather all the highest ranking officials of each nations who are now fighting with each other. I will respect their religion and their belief and explain why we need to have world peace instead of having divided sectarians. Try to open their eyes that they should have beliefs in private but professionally they should come together and make peace with everyone and end the war and take care of their citizen. Will try to work things out with all those who wants to be more powerful than anyone except themselves.

If I am the most powerful person, I will end the war, hunger, sickness, disease in those nations who are in need of assistance. I will go directly to the source and not give the help or assistance to the head of a certain government as sometimes they are the source of the miseries and sufferings of their needy citizens and I definitely don't believe that there are poor nations, this is just how their government treat their people.
