Do you really want to break up with him? Or are you pissed with him and want to teachhim a lesson? If you have no intention of getting back with him, block his calls. If he keeps on annoying you tell your parents to tell his parents, jilted exes turn into stalkers so very easily ...I know

This happened to me with my ex so I just let my little sister answer the phone, cuz she's a total *****, and she would tell him to stop calling but way harsher. At one point he called so much I told him I was going to fill for harassment. If someone calls your phone more than two times in a day that you told not to call you can fill harassment on them. Or if your bf is scared of you dad, have him answer. Calling at 4 am is unacceptable.

First I would have my parents call his. Second I would block his phone number.( just look in the phone book it will tell you how to block #'s) What about school? Does he goto school with you? If so you might need your parents to alert the school, So you can avoid any and all problems. Because, He is really freaking out from what little you have said. And is he is angry he is gonna try to mess with you.

ya i would say go to your phone carrier and have them block his number or get your number changed or things could get bad. if he starts to follow you around or anything like that then you need to get the law involved. y cant he understand that you need your space which is why you broke up with him. this guy has got some issues

If it bothers you that much, get him reported to his parents. If that does not work, then go to police. No one has the right to force themselves on someone else. My God, 4 a.m.!!!!

Tell your father and have him handle it. If he's not around tell your mother. The guy sounds like trouble and you may need to get the law involved.

Well......
Tell him you changed your number (if you have a cell) turn it off!!!
If that does not work then tell him that you are over him but be nice about it.

it's probably hard for him, i say you should be polite with him, but not overly nice. If you talk to him, just have nothing interesting to say, maybe he will eventually loose interest by himself.
