If you're concerned with what alcoholic drink is less fattening and are more concerned with body image...Bacardi and Diet = NO CARBS and NO FAT and only 66 CALORIES!!! NO WINE HAS 0 CARBS!!!

I'd say it's white wine. Less acidic than red wine and it still contains all the heart healthy ingredients. It used to be common knowledge that red wine was better, but this has been disproven, AFAIK. Wine also has less calories than beer.
But if you drink more than two glasses a day, and I think even that's alot, you will most likely destroy any positive effects because of the negative effects of excess alcohol.

Young (1-2 yr. old) red wine has the most positive health benefits of beverages containing alcohol. This is based on a male consuming 1-2 6 oz. glasses a day.

As an aid to digestion, for sleep, circulation, etc., it has been found to be quite beneficial.

NOTE: "More" is not "better".

beer in moderation is actually proven to have some of the health benefits of red/white wine while being cheaper and easier to obtain qaulity obviously beer is only to be drank in moderation
