Its complicated from the start. He is 26 years older than me and we work together. Should I just let it go, I really care about him deeply? I am sure that he has feelings for me but where can this go?

wow thats kind of a big difference. i mean my boyfriend is only 4 years older then me. i dont know hun, maybe you should think about your life, is he going to make you happy, be able to do things with you. age is not a big issue. but it does depend on how old you are i mean if you are 25 and older, i guess thats kool. and if you like old men, thats kool also.if you love him keep him! follow your heart

Its fine if hes 76 and your 50 but other than that I wouldn't pursue it. Find someone near your age so you can enjoy life together for a long time.
