I make whole turkey breast in my crockpot: 5-6 lb whole turkey breast, 2 lbs baby carrots, 1 very large can chicken broth. Cook on high 1 hour then low for @6 hours. I have 4 kids -they all love that meal. I sometimes make mashed potatoes or egg noodles to go with it. Also buy heinz gravy in the jar to go with it. Can subtitute boneless chicken breast for the turkey but don't cook as long. Only prob with turkey is making sure you don't get any bone b/c it falls apart in the crockpot. Super easy meals and all my picky eaters love it

My kids love this super simple nacho dip.
1 lb hamburger browned
1 sm onion chopped-add to the hamburger to cook when the hamb. is about cooked
2 small cans rotelle tomatoes or 1 can stewed tomatoes (use tomatoes if you can' tolerate heat from jalapenos)
1 large block of velveeta-cut into chunks
Nacho chips
Microwave or crockpot cook this recipe.
Combine everything in a large, microwave safe bowl.
Microwave 60 seconds at a time until the cheese is melted, stirring every time you reset the timer, and everything is almost smooth.
Combine everything together in the crockpot
Place in crockpot on low 1-2 hrs. Stir frequently, until all cheese is melted and almost smooth.
Put dip over chips if you like or use as dip. Also makes great topping for Taco Salad by adding to the chips a layer of refried beans, layer of lettuce, shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, olives, onions etc.

place a Boston butt in the crock pot; cut an onion in half and lay the halves on the meat; pour 1/2 a bottle of your favorite bar-b-cue sauce on top; cover and cook on low 8-10 hours; makes a great meal w/ vegetable sides or as sandwiches;
