well getting to a doctor is one step.

optomitrist.. or maybe another specialist of the eyes.. or diseases of the eyes specialist.

eating right also.. finding out if you've got any issues that may be hindering your sight can help too.

see the eyeball doctor.. see what they say...

also don't wear glasses all of the time.. your eyes will become reliant to them... that's no good.. there's also special glasses you can wear too.. that helps.

you can get pinhole glasses anywhere really... key it up in google or ebay.com to find out more.

but seeing the doc can sure help.. also make sure you don't have any other issues that can depleat the vision.

many things can cause failed eyesight... bad diet.. blood pressure... diabetes.... poorly made glasses.. prescription glasses.. so on.

first of all, i have to ask some questions- has your eyesight always been poor, or is it a fairly recent development? and also, have you vistited an eye doctor? this is a priority. If you work at a computer for a long time, or something such as painting, etc. Then your long distance vision can be compromised over time. You can do eye exercises several times a day to help with this. start just once in the AM and build up over a week, so that you don't strain your eyes. Here's how you do them. sit in a chair facing a window- focus on a faraway object- try to focus on it for 1 minute. then hold up one finger and focus on the tip at arms length. slowly move your finger toward the space between your eyes- keep it in focus until you feel slight tension in your eyes. Move your finger back to arms length, then change your focus back to the faraway object. repeat 5- 10 times in a cycle. do this a few times a day. Also take breaks every couple of minutes to look outside, and change your focus a little.

Depends, it may be hereditary. Is there anything else that is causing your eyesight to worsen like diabetes? It may be worth it to get that checked.

Vitamin K is supposed to help maintain healthy eyesight but to say it will help it back to normal I doubt it.

I would recommend visiting the doctor and making sure there is nothing else wrong.

You can try doing exercises to improve your vision. I recently started doing eye exercises to try to improve my vision. I created a blog where I record my progress with the exercises.

My vision is 20/400, which is really poor.

I recently saw some improvement. Other people (who have also experienced improvements) have posted comments about their experiences as well. You can check it out at: http://improvingmyeyesight.com/blog

Hope this helps...
