Whatever happened to Floyd Landis and the doping scandal?

It was all over the news for weeks that Floyd Landis had tested positive with artificial testostrone after he won the race. What happened ? Did he lose his title, or did they just drop it?

Last week they stated that they made an error in his backup sample and apologized. His first sample is now unuseable and he is the winner

Tested positive again and is history
