I have a 1998 toyota camry and it makes a ticky-tocky noise from the tire and it also make a rattling sound from the rear someplace. Can you please help me. Maintence didn't do any good!

You need a psychic mechanic, and he says you have either a valve cap in your hub covers or a cv joint is wearing, the rattling is a a a ¿snake? no no no some fastener or support is loose on or near the exhaust,, hold it, hold it, he is getting something else...he says a pot hole hit you and my have damage to your right rear quadrant.. what ever that means..?

Maybe someone put rocks in your wheel cover / hub cap?

Are your cv axles ok? one could be going out.
