sorry i find this an odd question.. i dont understand the 10 reasons request. My thought is you love who you love for your own reasons, i love my fiance because he is perfect for me, kind considerate, loving, thoughtful,caring and i am physically attracted to him. You might love your partner for other reasons, there is no set manual.

Personally I don't think there are reason...it's what you feel inside yourself everyone is different as emotion state......
