Omne cor meum - all my heart
Omnis animus meus - all my soul
Cor is the neuter nominative case of heart.
Soul is animus, in the masculine gender.

^ That's asinine. Of course he meant actual Latin. It's a dead language sure, but people still use it just for stylistic touches or otherwise impress other people. And Greek is most definitely not a Romance language.

If the meaning is "with all my heart" and"with all my soul" you can say: " ex toto corde meo" and "ex tota anima mea" or alternatively, "toto corde meo" and "tota anima mea", which carries the same meaning.
