I've heard of phone sex, is this your version of it? What should we call it - Y!A s or Answer sex?

When you are in serious need, its okay to ignore your urges. If you are married you wouldnt want to do something you will regret for the rest of your life over a "little orgasm". If you are dating around, be careful, use as much protection as possible or just dont do it all.
You could eat some chocolate, ice cream or have some candy. relax, it's not the end of the world. If you remain patient, at least you know that you will be safe and not do something that you will regret.
