yes. buy it in teabags and prepare like you would a regular tea. if you're using loose tea leaves, boil water, add the tea leaves, turn off the heat and cover pot with a lid...this is called steeping. let it sit for about 10 minutes, strain it and drink it. or use a tea ball to put the loose leaves in. you can also boil water in a tea kettle and pour the hot water over tea leaves/tea ball in a cup, bowl, etc. you can't really ruin it. use sweetener if ya wanna. spearmint tea is good too. do not use aluminum cookware for anything...esp herbs. the aluminum can leach from the cookware and slowly poison you.

There is no special brewing required just brew 1 bag as usual of if using leaf tea half fill tea ball and place in hot water to seep, add honey or sugar to taste and enjoy. This is a great soother for upset tummies and is safe for all ages.
