I was always called a Marine. I don't think that's changed.

There is no difference in title between a male and a female marine.

Unless you are highly skilled in some crippling Asian Martial Art, you call them Marines. There were other terms when I was in the Navy, but since I am now in my 50s and couldn't take one, I can't repeat them.

they are technically called woman marines,, ( WM'S) but this has been turned in to walking mattresses, as well as other things.
