They would land at the same time if there was no wind resistance, but since there is, the bricks would land first due the resistance brought on by the size of the box of feathers.

If they hit water the bricks would sink to the bottom and hit ground way before the feathers do.

it depends on the wind and if the box theyre in can "Catch" wind. If they both are dropped at the same time, no adverse wind, and in a container that is aerodynamicaly sound then they would land at the same time. But if any of the above are messed with then its anyones game. But they would most likely hit water because your over water.

the feathers...both would hit the water but depending on how they are packaged the feathers would probly need a bigger box making it more boyant, so its most likely to hit the shore first!
