If you didn't actually see the spider bite you, chances are it is a staph infection probably MRSA (often resembles a spider bite). This is becoming a common infection in the community. See a doctor ASAP and they will give you antibiotics and possibly drain and culture the lesion. In the meantime, put hot compresses on it to bring it to a head, and wash hands thoroughly, it is very contagious.

well go to the doctor, see if its anything serious.
If not go to the drug store and get prid, its in a really orange little box, and once you open the box it its in a orange circle tin thing. The medicine is like an icky brown color. What it does is suck the puss out of a spider bite, boil, or anything similar to those.
1)disinfect it with proxide* or something close to that.
2)take a little bit of prid on a Q-tip and put it on the spider bite
3)rub it a little but no to much its not like lotion or anything.
4)then put a band-aid over it.
5)check it every 3 or so hours to see if you need to which band-aids or anything
if you do, just repeat these steps ^_^ once its alot smaller and no more puss is coming out of its and its only a little dot left, put some neosporen on it to just top it off
hope my advice helped ya out some

I've been bit 3 time in my life! Sounds like a brown lurcus (sorry, spelled) Wow, that's a nasty bite, if it's from that spider, you need to go to the Dr.,The flesh will start rotting and fall off leaving a big hole. You'll know soon!

It depends on how it looks... If its a spider bite (like brown recluse) it could be deadly if not taken care of... the tissue around the bite starts dying... I don't wanna scare u... but u should at least show it to someone if it looks abnormal...

As someone just mentioned, if this is a brown recluse bite, it could have devastating effects. You should have a medical professional look at it and if necessary, begin a course of antibiotics immediately.

Carrot treatment. It's cheap and works very well.
Get a carrot.
Grate enough carrot to completely cover the area.
Place carrot in a small container
Cover with water
Microwave for 1 minute
Put warm carrot on bite and cover with a bandage
Replace carrot every 24 hours until bite is completely gone.
